How To Remove Myself From Facebook Group
Approach 1 On Mobile
-> Open Facebook. It's a dark-blue application with a white "f" on it. This will open your Facebook News Feed if you're currently logged into Facebook on your phone or tablet.
If you aren't logged into Facebook, enter your email address (or phone number) and also password to proceed.
-> Tap ☰. This symbol remains in either the bottom-right edge of the screen (apple iphone) or the top-right corner of the display (Android).
-> Faucet Teams. It's in the "EXPLORE" area of options.

-> Select the group you wish to leave. Touch a team to open its page.
-> Faucet Signed up with. It's below the bottom-left edge of the cover photo at the top of the web page.
-> Tap Leave Group. This option is at the bottom of the drop-down menu.
-> Faucet Leave This Group when prompted. Doing so will eliminate you from the team.
Approach 2 On Desktop
:) Go to Facebook's site. Most likely to https://www.facebook.com in your preferred internet browser. This will fill your News Feed if you're currently logged right into Facebook.
If you aren't currently logged right into Facebook, enter your e-mail address (or contact number) and also password before continuing.
:) Click Groups. This tab is on the left side of your Information Feed web page.
If you do not see Teams here, first click Image titled Android7dropdown.png and after that click New Teams in the drop-down menu.
:) Click the Groups tab. It's to the left of the Discover tab in the top-left corner of the web page.
:) Open the settings for the team you intend to leave. Locate the team you want to leave, then click the gear-shaped icon to the right of the group's name. A drop-down menu will show up.
:) Click Leave Team. It's a choice in the drop-down menu. This triggers a pop-up food selection.
:) Prevent various other group participants from re-adding you. If you don't desire other people in the group to be able to include you back to the group, check the "Protect against other participants from adding you back to this team" box prior to continuing.
This step is entirely optional.
:) Click Leave Team. It's the blue switch on the best side of the pop-up home window. This will confirm your decision as well as remove you from the group.
