1. Open up Facebook. Tap the Facebook application icon, which looks like a white "f" on a dark-blue history. This will open your Facebook Information Feed if you're logged in.
If you're not logged right into Facebook, enter your e-mail address and password before continuing.
2. Tap the account icon. It's a person-shaped icon at the end of the display. Doing so will certainly open your account web page.
On an iPad, you may locate this symbol in the top-right edge of the display.
If you don't see the profile symbol, tap ☰ in the bottom-right corner of the display, then tap your name on top of the food selection.
3. Scroll down and touch See All Images. You'll locate this choice listed below the checklist of images that's near the top of your profile web page.
4. Touch the Albums tab. It goes to the top of the screen.
5. Tap Account Photo. This cd should be close to the top of the Albums tab. Your present profile picture will be the cd cover.
You may have to scroll down to see this cd.
6. Select a profile picture. Tap the profile picture that you want to make private.
7. Faucet ⋯. It's in the top-right corner of the display. A pop-up food selection will appear at the bottom of the display.
On an iPad, the menu will drop-down from the ⋯ icon.
8. Tap Edit Privacy. This option remains in the pop-up menu. Doing so opens up a checklist of blog post privacy choices.
9. Tap Only me. It remains in the "That can see your post?" listing of options.
* If you do not see this alternative, very first faucet More near the middle of the screen.
10. Tap Done. It remains in the top-right edge of the screen. Doing so conserves your privacy settings, thus making your chosen account picture viewable only by you.
If a friend of yours is identified in your account photo, they can still watch the image.
