How To Remove Yourself From A Group On Facebook
Method 1 On Mobile
-> Open Facebook. It's a dark-blue application with a white "f" on it. This will open your Facebook Information Feed if you're already logged right into Facebook on your phone or tablet computer.
If you aren't logged into Facebook, enter your e-mail address (or contact number) as well as password to proceed.
-> Faucet ☰. This icon is in either the bottom-right edge of the screen (apple iphone) or the top-right corner of the screen (Android).
-> Faucet Teams. It remains in the "DISCOVER" area of alternatives.

:) Most likely to Facebook's web site. Go to https://www.facebook.com in your favored internet browser. This will certainly load your News Feed if you're already logged into Facebook.
If you aren't currently logged into Facebook, enter your email address (or phone number) and password prior to proceeding.
:) Click Groups. This tab is on the left side of your Information Feed web page.
If you don't see Teams below, very first click Image entitled Android7dropdown.png and then click New Groups in the drop-down menu.
:) Click the Groups tab. It's to the left of the Discover tab in the top-left edge of the page.
:) Open the settings for the group you want to leave. Discover the group you intend to leave, after that click the gear-shaped icon to the right of the team's name. A drop-down menu will appear.
:) Click Leave Group. It's an option in the drop-down menu. This triggers a pop-up food selection.
:) Avoid various other group members from re-adding you. If you do not want other people in the group to be able to add you back to the group, examine the "Stop various other members from including you back to this group" box before continuing.
This step is entirely optional.
:) Click Leave Team. It's the blue switch on the right side of the pop-up window. This will validate your choice and eliminate you from the group.
