Steps

1. Open Facebook. It's the blue icon with a white "f" in the application cabinet.

2. Most likely to the review you want to delete.

3. Tap the downward-pointing arrow. It's at the top-right corner of the review. [1]

4. Click Report.

5. Select a factor. The review will only be deleted if it violates Facebook's Area Requirements. [2] As soon as you select a factor, follow the on-screen guidelines to submit your request.
