Approach 1 On Mobile
-> Open Facebook. It's a dark-blue app with a white "f" on it. This will open your Facebook News Feed if you're already logged into Facebook on your phone or tablet computer.
If you aren't logged into Facebook, enter your e-mail address (or contact number) as well as password to continue.
-> Tap ☰. This icon remains in either the bottom-right corner of the screen (iPhone) or the top-right corner of the display (Android).
-> Faucet Teams. It's in the "CHECK OUT" area of options.
You may initially have to scroll down to see this option.
-> Select the team you wish to leave. Touch a group to open its web page.
-> Tap Joined. It's listed below the bottom-left edge of the cover photo at the top of the web page.
-> Faucet Leave Team. This choice is at the bottom of the drop-down menu.
-> Tap Leave This Group when motivated. Doing so will certainly eliminate you from the group.
Method 2 On Desktop
:) Go to Facebook's web site. Go to https://www.facebook.com in your preferred browser. This will certainly load your News Feed if you're already logged right into Facebook.
If you aren't already logged right into Facebook, enter your e-mail address (or telephone number) and password before continuing.
:) Click Teams. This tab gets on the left side of your Information Feed web page.
If you do not see Teams here, very first click Image labelled Android7dropdown.png and afterwards click New Groups in the drop-down menu.
:) Click the Teams tab. It's to the left of the Discover tab in the top-left edge of the web page.
:) Open up the setups for the group you want to leave. Find the team you wish to leave, after that click the gear-shaped icon to the right of the team's name. A drop-down menu will appear.
:) Click Leave Team. It's an option in the drop-down menu. This motivates a pop-up food selection.
:) Protect against other group members from re-adding you. If you do not want other people in the team to be able to add you back to the team, examine the "Avoid various other members from adding you back to this group" box prior to continuing.
This action is entirely optional.
:) Click Leave Team. It's the blue switch on the appropriate side of the pop-up window. This will verify your choice and also remove you from the team.
