From your Facebook homepage, you are permitted to remove an item of message, all messages or a whole discussion at a time according to your requirement.

To delete a message.

Action 1 Click "Messages" from the left column of the homepage.

Action 2 Open the discussion where you wish to erase a message or messages.

Action 3 Select Delete Messages from the Activities food selection.

Step 4 Tick the checkboxes to choose the messages you intend to remove.

Step 5 Click "Remove" switch.
